Our Favorite Cocktails

Italian Screwdriver

Most people know already the Screwdriver (orange juice & vodka), but for additional taste we suggest to add a few drops of Galliano. Galliano is a very aromatic Italian liquor available in specialized liquor stores - e.g. Gall & Gall for our Dutch visitors. You might need ask for it -perhaps even order it-, but as you only need a little amount for each cocktail, you can enjoy the luxurious taste for a long time

• take a long drink glass

• 30% Vodka

• fill up with fresh orange juice

• add a few ice cubes

• add one teaspoon of Galliano (be careful not to add too much - try with a little first)

• stir

 Characteristics: refreshing and relaxing

The Chameleon

We've "personalized" the Chameleon recipe - it takes a bit of effort, but the result is definitely worth it, as well is the process for preparing this cocktail. Watch the chameleon changing it's color!

 

• Take a long drink glass

• 10% Blue Curacao

• 10% Triple Sec

• 20% Dark Rum

• 10% fresh lemon juice

• 20% 7-Up

• Fill with fresh orange juice

• stir

 Characteristics: relaxing

 

Tip: most important ingredient here is lemon juice, so make sure it slightly "covers" the flavor to your taste. If you added too much, simply compensate with extra orange juice

 

Tip 2: if you don't have Triple Sec, add Blue Curacao instead.
Tip 3: add a little vodka to make the taste a bit more rough

Paradise:

 Enjoy an evening in Paradise with the following recipe

* Pour into a cocktail shaker:
* 10% Gin
* 10% Vodka
* 10% Apricot Brandy
* 50% Orange
* 20% Ice
* Shake thorougly
* Pour into a long drink glass and add a few cubes of ice
